  • Created workouts for the coaches each season in order for them to advance the athletes to the next level.


Assistant Coach — High School Wrestling

  • Worked alongside the head coach, worked with athletes on strength conditioning and perfecting sports specific moves and takedowns


YMCA — Athletic Sports Camp Counselor

  • Worked with children ages 8-14 in a variety of sports and athletic activities.
  • Taught principles of stretching, hydration and fun
  • Emergency CPR certified

Craig is acknowledged by the Sports Performance Institute (SPI) as a Certified Personal Trainer as well as being Certified in Nutrition for Sport and Performance.

SPI is an accredited fitness and sports education organization. SPI provides a variety of educational programs to personal trainers, aerobics instructors, coaches, strength training specialists, physical education teachers and the general population, in Canada, the United States and the Middle East.
